The 2013 energy reform in Mexico is a constitutional reform initiative by the President , Enrique Peña Nieto , the August 12, 2013 , and sent to the Senate for analysis and discussion.

  Opinion in English about energy reform

Energy reform in my opinion i thing that not is good for the Mexican people ,because the join been for the people the other country, also with the promulgation the new reform the other country the ability to enter into contracts with individuals in the exploitation and don´t reserved all activities of the oil industry to Petroleos Mexicanos. In my opinion maybe that the people i cant don´t accept because the government is the responsibility that it, who only search finish with the economic the México. The president Enrique Peña Nieto proposed to delete article 27 of the constitution the restriction incorporated in 1960, which prevents the use of contracts for the extraction of hydrocarbons from underground. Is for the motive that i say not the energy reform.
